We were pleasantly surprised to be allocated a suite with balconies when we checked in.

it has an exceptional service and their breakfast is excellent with bacon and eggs and yogurts, for instance.

Food was great and I have nothing but really nice memories from this trip. Came here for 7 days, the hotel was good looking, it had particularly good location close enough to the cable car and village centre. The beds were big, I slept well. Liked view of mountain;))

The room was large and had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet, which was cool. The hotel was very close to Kaprun and most bars. The location offered beautiful views of the mountains.

The place was immaculately clean and lively. the rooms were spotlessly clean and came with a balcony and a dryer, making the stay comfortable. the staff was superbly friendly and incredibly helpful. We loved the FAMILY vibe!

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lift and close to bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with great facilities including a sauna and ski room. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel also had a supermarket with a ski hire shop nearby, which was very convenient for avid skiers like myself. the hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.
